We strive towards reliability and efficient communication with our valued customers. We use Royal Mail's 'Signed For' 1st Class Service, and it's included in the price of purchases over £20. Discretely packaged in heat sealed mylar foil bags, we aim for same day shipping on orders before 2pm and do our best to ship all orders within 24hours, excluding weekends.

Packages usually arrive within 1 working day of postage, but please allow up to 3 days, as per Royal Mail guidelines.

Any orders not received within 14 days are eligible for a full refund or re-post of their order using Royal Mail's next day delivery.
