Any orders placed and not received within 14 calendar days are eligible for a full refund or resend of the order in full, using Royal Mail next day delivery.

We ship your order using Royal Mail 1st Class Service, and its included in the price of your purchase. Discreetly packaged in heat sealed Mylar foil bags, we aim for same day shipping on orders before 2pm and do our best to ship all orders within 24hours, excluding weekends. Transit time is usually 1 working day though please allow up to 3 as quoted by Royal Mail.

Returns- due to the nature of our products that can expire soon after purchase only select items can be returned for a full or partial refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Any returns should be sent with royal mail tracked shipping, we are not held liable for any returned items lost in transit.

Refunds- if you have purchased your items within 14 calendar days and are not satisfied you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, in these circumstances contact our customer service team with more information.
